Launching a private practice involves much more than seeing clients. Business owners must also manage a variety of operational, administrative, and strategic responsibilities.

Designed for clinicians who are thinking about starting - or are newly established in - private practice, this workshop provides a practical framework for understanding the business side of running a practice. Participants will learn the key steps involved in setting up their business and creating financial systems that support a smooth and sustainable practice.
